Microsoft Schedule+ is a personal information manager and calendaring application developed by Microsoft Corporation. Built for Windows and integrated with Microsoft Mail and later Microsoft Exchange Server, it enabled individuals and teams to plan appointments, manage to-do lists, coordinate meetings, and reserve shared resources such as conference rooms and equipment. Key capabilities included viewing colleagues’ free/busy time, recurring events, alarms and reminders, delegation and permissions for shared calendars, time zone support, and printed calendar views. Schedule+ shipped with early Microsoft Office suites and was widely used in corporate environments for group scheduling. It was eventually superseded by Microsoft Outlook, which absorbed its scheduling features and provided migration paths for existing Schedule+ data.
